The organizer of the raffle is Stefanie Welk, Robert-Bosch-Strasse 52, 69190 Walldorf (Germany).
Participation in the raffle is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
By sending the proof of donation to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, the following conditions of participation are accepted.
All persons who have donated an amount of at least 25 euros to Amazon Watch by the time of the raffle and have sent the proof of donation to the e-mail address email@example.com are eligible to participate.
The raffle will be held as soon as a total donation of 25,000 euros has been reached by participants in the raffle. The date of the draw will be announced via the website www.stefanie-welk.de/de/amazonas. All proofs of donation that are sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight on the day before the raffle at the latest will be entered into the raffle. Entries received after this time cannot be considered.
Each person is only eligible to participate once.
Participation implies consent that, in the event of a win, the name of the winner may be mentioned in the context of reporting on the fundraising campaign “Save the Amazon and our future”.
Employees of Atelier Stefanie Welk are excluded from participation in the raffle.
The raffle is for the artwork “Immersion” by Stefanie Welk. This work will be sent to the winner at the expense of the artist Stefanie Welk, provided the winner lives in Germany. If the winner is based abroad, shipping and any customs duties must be borne by him/herself.
The artist is not liable for any damage to the artwork during transport or for the successful delivery of the artwork.
The distribution of the prize is considered to be completed with the shipment of the artwork.The receipt from the shipping company will be considered proof of shipment.
The winner will be chosen by lot from all entries. The draw will take place after announcement on the website www.stefanie-welk.de/de/amazonas, as soon as the total donation sum of 25,000 euros has been reached by participants in the draw. The legal process is excluded. A cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Should the donation sum not be reached by March 31, 2022 in accordance with these conditions of participation, the artist Stefanie Welk reserves the right to carry out the raffle anyway or to end the campaign without a raffle.
A claim to the raffle does not exist. Likewise, a refund of the donation amount is excluded.
The winner(s) accept(s) possible necessary changes to the prize due to factors beyond the control of the artist involved in the raffle.
Notification and delivery of the prize
The winner will be notified by e-mail via the e-mail address that was used to send the proof of donation for the raffle. In order for the prize to be sent, the winner will be asked for the desired shipping address in the prize notification. The winner(s) agree that their address will be transmitted to an appropriate shipping company for shipping purposes. The shipment will take place as soon as the winner has informed the artist Stefanie Welk of the shipping address.
If there is no response to the artist Stefanie Welk (stefanie.welk(ät)web.de) within 21 days after sending the prize notification by e-mail, the prize will be forfeited.
The artist reserves the right to raffle her artwork “Immersion” again if the first winner does not accept the prize or if the prize is forfeited due to a late response.
The information provided by participants in this competition will only be used for the purpose of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
If the participant agrees to receive future Art News from Atelier Stefanie Welk at the e-mail address provided, this address will be included in the distribution list for Art News. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link at the end of each Art News as well as by sending a corresponding message to stefanie.welk(ät)web.de.
Any claim for damages against the artist Stefanie in connection with the competition, for whatever legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
